By now everyone is aware the United States Supreme Court struck down the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act, leaving the states to decide the legality of same sex marriage. This was a huge blow to morality in this country. Let us talk about morality for a moment.
If we throw our morals to the side and accept homosexual marriage, which God is against, where does it end? Who then would be able to say it is unlawful to have sex with an animal?
In April of 2013 we posted an article concerning Yale University who hosted a “sensitivity training” in which students were asked to consider topics such as "bestiality", "incest", and "accepting money for sex". The event was hosted by “sexologist Dr." Jill McDevitt who stated,
"People do engage in some of these activities that we believe only for example perverts engage in,” she said. “What the goal is is to increase compassion for people who may engage in activities that are not what you would personally consider normal.”
Not normal is an understatement, it is not natural. Even non-believers would consider these acts repulsive. Where does their moral compass come from? God of course.
The BBC reported a Sudanese man was forced to marry a goat after he was caught having sex with the animal. Society in general understands these acts to be an abomination. Yet our "Christian" leaders think acts of homosexuality are acceptable and should be embraced.
The Hill reported the following,
Vice President Biden applauded the Supreme Court's rulings earlier this week overturning the Defense of Marriage Act and California's Proposition 8, saying that "we're on the verge of seeing America move even further" on same-sex marriages. "The point here is Americans are way ahead of their political leadership," Biden said.
California's Proposition 8, the map to the left indicates which California Counties voted for or against gay marriage. A Yes vote (green) was to block gay marriage while a No vote (red) was in favor of gay marriage. The rural communities of California overwhelmingly voted against gay marriage while the population centers of the state voted for it.
