There are reports out saying Walmart is not selling anymore ammo or restricting it.
I just got off the phone with my local Walmart and this is more true than not. I asked if they had any 9mm ammo to which he replied that they were out. When I asked when more would arrive he said that's all being handled by Corporate and they just put a stop in effect. I had him explain more and he said, Corporate says our warehouses are very low so they will send what they feel needs to be sent out. When I asked when did this take effect he said this week. He said the funny thing is he had big shipments of ammo scheduled to arrive in this week and then it got canceled. He said he had a little bit of 270 and another rifle round coming in.
What's interesting is he said there is a shortage, but said Corporate was going to send him a big shipment and then stopped it. This doesn't add up and surely doesn't sound good. We should all keep our eyes on this. If companies are going to stop selling ammo and guns I think it would be prudent of us all to NOT do business with those organizations.
It's well documented that, "Cheaper than Dirt" among other manufactures are halting all sales of "assault weapons." Understand, that is a made up term by the anti-gun lobby. An AR15 for example is a .223 round which is fired from many other rifles that are not labeled "assault weapons." The round does the damage not the rifle.
The 2nd amendment states, "The right of the people to bear arms shall NOT be infringed." PERIOD.

In my opinion, they are going to focus on the "mental illness" aspect, and it IS an issue, but these people have a way of using things AGAINST us. Who will determine "WHAT" makes a person mentally unstable? If I believe the Word of God has all the answers to life's problems, does that make me mentally ill?
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, for the people who will be deciding just "WHO" the mentally ill are; they would say "YES"; I am mentally unstable.
If I think the Constitution is the deciding law of the land, does that make me mentally ill? For those who think the Constitution is out-dated and should be abolished; they would say "YES"!
I think it is a very slippery slope, and that we really need to think about the implications before we jump on the "mental illness" band-wagon; because they may be talking about YOU!
