What can we say about the debate last night? In my opinion, it was shameful. We have just two choices to run this country for the next four years and neither is palatable. Neither party offered to remove the United States from war, from the role of World Police.
Instead, the only ideas we heard was how the United States should get more involved in Syria and Iran. I would like to ask you, the reader, where in the Constitution does it give such authority?
Does it state anywhere that we should be the World Police? Does it say we should be giving billions and billions of dollars away in foreign aid to nations of the world including those nations that wish us harm? I think you know the answer.
Mitt Romney said, paraphrasing here, ‘We need to promote peace for the world with no war.’ That sounds a lot like the beast that arises out of Revelations 13. I believe we are quickly approaching that time, not just yet, but getting there.
While we may get frustrated with our politicians and the way they are managing this great Nation. We must remember… Romans 13:1“Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.” God placed them in their position to fulfill his wondrous plan.
